- Your Favourite Promo Music Vid'sIn World Outside The Window19 March 2024Not seen this before, pretty cool. It instantly made me think of the Arnold effects in Terminator and Total Recall...Wonder if there was any connection with the special effects crews involved? I have no idea, but would have a bet there is a connection = it looks scarily similar. Re Adam & the Ants, I saw them once at Nottingham's Sandpiper club, a great punk venue and my favourite ever music venue. The Nottingham Boat Club was a really great live music venue too.. I saw lots of great bands there, back then and was at the Sandpiper many, many times. There was also a really great West Indian reggae nightclub/music venue, (literally) next door, called the Ad-Lib...we used to go there a lot too!...Happy days!! Can't remember exact date for the Ants, but it was post Zerox single and pre Dirk Wears White Sox, so sometime in that period of 1979 (I think, if memory serves correct, lol)..I would have been 19.3

- Chick CoreaIn World Outside The Window·11 February 2021Armando Anthony "Chick" Corea (12 June, 1941 – 9 February, 2021) . . . saw him perform live once performing that unique form of music he made. Sad that he left us today, but I'll admit I'm glad that as of now at least it appears that the cause of death wasn't related to the super-duper, ever-changing virus.16110

- PhotosIn World Outside The Window25 March 2023Yes, it does have that effect...I quite like that understated colour, it kind of dilutes the fact that it's a bit of a beast. ...and, can just catch your reflection in the bottom pic.1
- Receiving the new CDs in the US.In World Outside The Window·14 February 2023Hello fellow Nelsonians. Just a question for those living in the US. Has anyone received the Stupid/Serious or Marvellous Realms cds from Burning Shed, especially those who preordered? I checked to see if they were posted ( as of middle of January, they were) but haven't arrived yet. Does anyone know why? Thanks for any leads.16113

- Fun with a Mixed Up KidIn World Outside The Window·19 November 2021about a mixed up kid... My aeroplane mind and the autumn balloonist float beyond the pond for the moon, whilst channel surfing for flowers and stars - it's Saturn's groove that she sees me sleeping! Switchback, maybe it's my eyes that she sees in the enchanted cathedral. She's got flower power anywhere and nowhere in particular like a mixed up kid, far beyond the west of me. This information arrives from dreams - wild and serene! The moon over Echo Lake echoes a touch of body and soul longing for light.16116

- Last Lamplighter booklet print issuesIn William's World·4 September 2019I have just tried to print out the booklet for the latest download release and it is the wrong size. The PDF is A5 size not A4, so the artwork is about 70% of the size it should be. Can someone put a new front and back PDF up on Bandcamp, please?16216

- Demonstrations of Affection-Remaster?In William's World·20 July 2024Hi all! So today I pulled out my trusty copy of What Now, What Next? and was struck by how punchy and confident the Demonstrations of Affections tracks sound on this set. I compared the tracks included on that comp to the original box set CDs and realized how the entire box could benefit from a remix/remaster on par with the mastering used on What Now. I know the four albums are now available for download, but can anyone tell me if they've been remastered? My box set (minus the T-shirt, alas) is the physical media I still cherish, but would be interested to know if these recordings have been beefed up. Thanks so much!16215

- Seeking Your OpinionIn William's World·29 December 2020Hi me again, with over 70 views of my first post, this is obviously the place to ask...with the release of the Transcoder compilation, this has to be the mother load of all the most sought after releases from Mr. Nelson’s discography. But are there other pieces that make up a completists collection that are still out there that keep the hunt going forward? Thank you for your insight!16298
- "Two-Fold Aspect of Everything" download: Remastered? In William's World20 January 2025It would be nice if someone cleared that up on the Store page. All of this leaves me sort of baffled asa to why Nelson would drop that version of the album now, with so much of it about to come out in remastered, physical form soon. At the very least, a fresh digital edition of this release could have been a perfect opportunity to revive the original track listing, as the Store, with all that detail about the earlier CD versions, goes to pains to suggest.1
