I believe my local NPR station used to use the first 10-30 seconds of this to fill in airtime between shows.... hard to imagine.
I just heard this song while listening to Duplex, and it struck a memory..
I wonder if anyone else has heard this as sound filler?

I always think of this as a "Chance Encounters In The Garden Of Lights" (disc 2) cut. Haven't heard it used on air, but do see how it would work well for those purposes.
