Ordered this immediately, one of my favourites! Chronologically, this marks the end of Bill's association with EMI so I'm assuming that this also marks the end of the deluxe boxes. Interesting that the BBC show from Sheffield on March 13 isn't included. Certainly not a deal-breaker to me but since there didn't seem to be a rights issue for other BBC material, its omission is a bit surprising. Not moping, everything else that IS included is well worth the price of admission.

I debated on whether to post this as RKMeyer appears to be a very nice person who is clearly enjoying the set and this is really picky but: In my humble opinion, listening to this set on shuffle play is doing yourself a disservice. I find that all six discs have their own individual 'flow' or 'character' (for lack of better descriptions). It is obvious that after all the care and effort Bill spent composing and recording this excellent music, the same attention to detail was paid to giving these pieces the proper framework & context and and just listening to various tracks at random removes this aspect from the experience. Just thought I'd mention this, now back to your regularly scheduled programming...

Just got my copy yesterday and have listened to the first two discs. I've enjoyed this a lot so far. Excellent way to kick off the Solstice, thanks for all the hard work, Bill!

The previous deluxe sets were made available from amazon (Canada and U.S.) but they are not always the best at securing limited editions before they sell out. I ordered directly from Cherry Red; insured shipping to Canada was reasonable and I've never had a problem with them.

@Geetar Homer Thanks for the link. It appears that the Star Rider broadcast is (was) a mystery to everyone. Hopefully the box has all the details. Can't help it, I'm a geek for this sort of thing.

Take my money! I'm giddy as a schoolgirl about this!. One question - the tracklist for the Star Rider film lists Bring Back the Spark - a song not performed on the tour but was performed in late 1976. I know very little about this film; does anyone know where the performances are from?
