Enjoyed this short film from the BBC's Screen Two drama anthology, the Beeb's answer to Channel 4 television films. It is based on a story by one of the lead actors, Tariq Yunis together with screenwriter Andrew Davies best known for his television adaptations of To Serve Them All My Days, House of Cards, Middlemarch, Pride and Prejudice, Bleak House, War & Peace, and his original serial A Very Peculiar Practice.
Perhaps now of its time (late 80's), however, it was great to see Bill's name up on the credits at the end and some of the music was definitely recognisable as some of Bill's published work as noted by joechip. The music certainly added extra to the scenes and was some of Bill's dabbling in Asian styles. Coincidently, I have just purchased Third Eye by Monsoon (Sheila Chandra) on which Bill played guitar on a couple of tracks and featured notable Indian guest musicians on sitar, tabla and santoor.
It would be good to know if Bill has any memories in either of these collaborations.
