I've been doing music curation and archiving for a few years as a hobby. Last summer was a bit of a breakthrough in getting enough experience and equipment to start doing this for friends and family. This progressed well this year to take on a project for a musician and former radio DJ who had a Country and Bluegrass focused radio show. His personal collection of approximately 800 CDs was a challenge to get done in a timely manner. Happily I finished the hard part this morning by getting some WWII radio broadcast set of 5 CDs into the music database that I will install in his home.

I was able to find a new, never opened, Noise Candy (the 2015 Cherry Red Records release) and it arrived this afternoon. This will be new material for me and looking forward to enjoying the music.

To reciprocate for the availability of the CD 'Loom' on Bandcamp I thought it would amuse some fans here to see a couple of our own looms and express my delight in how Bill describes his own concept of the lifelong arc of his music as if it were one long piece of fabric. Here's to the warp and weft of that idea...
