Hello chums. On my "listen to the lot" journey I've come across this, Fiat Lux's "This Illness" from 1982. Never seen or heard this before. and so glad I've found it. Bill playing beautiful (as ever) EBow lines. And the band including Bill's late brother Ian.

Hope you like it too.
cheers

Thanks for the correction David Inch. That street shot in West Yorkshire looks so cool. I'm interested in learning more about Ian at that time and onwards...he looks kind of Spanish or Italian in certain pictures.
I love that scene of the 3 of them walking down a beautiful street somewhere probably in York. Wish I was there.

Pardon the band interruption...Ian plays on 2 or 3 songs from this album by the Sound. Man, Adrian Borland was a depressed sounding bloke. But he produced a good, last album by Felt - so there's some merit there.
Nice to see it, although strange not to see Bill in there playing the e-bow solo. Always liked that solo. Nice to see Ian. Used to listen to this song so often. It has a BN sound, but with someone else singing it. Pleasant looking location. Where is that?
It's a great track and I think the video has a rough charm about it. Clearly wasn't going to get them on the telly, but it's an interesting piece of work.
That is beautiful, thanks for the find. But "Ada Wilson ... (miming the part played by Bill Nelson on the actual record)"... seriously??!! :O
