RIP Patrick Gleeson
Just received an email from Dina Pearlman that Patrick Gleeson passed away July 19, 2026. He was 91. A brilliant "0ld School" synthesist and owner of Different Fur studios. We cannot forget his work with Herbie Hancock and the Apocalypse Now soundtrack. I can also recommend his Rainbow Delta album. More info at the Alan R. Thank you for letting us know. I also associate Different Fur with DEVO - “Come Back Jonee,” and Byrne/Eno - “My Life In The Bush Of Ghosts.” Vince Guaraldi also recorded there, some of the music for the “Peanuts” animated television specials.
