Sounds worse than it is. Bill appears to have been through the ringer and coupled with the inevitability of getting old with the baggage that entails for him with his sight and Diabetes. The emotional blows of other artists that he admired and worked with passing away expecting him to write frequently on his website is a lot to ask.
Allow him the latitude to keep creating music for as long as he is able to.
