RIP Kontakt
On the 17th of August, 2023, the sampler plugin Kontakt unfortunately passed away. Youtuber/Synthetuber Benn Jordan announced its death in a video titled « Physical Modeling Has Gotten REALLY Good 🤯 »
The cause of death has been reported as "New tech gonna kill old tech", according to Discord user and « SyntheHead » eminer3, also known mononymously as Joey. Joey is also known for being a « BoyKisser » as referred to a silly même with a furry character. (Don't worry Bill, I think it's Gen Z hûmour, You won't get it.)
