Since it doesn't seem posts can be shared between Groups, which may be handy ?), if you go into FORUM, there should be a head/photo symbol. Clicking on that gives access to personal info, settings etc, AND logging out....

Please see my amendment, and the post from Tourist. It's the avatar top right of JOURNAL where you have to click for log in/out, settings etc. I don't know what made me say me write Forum. Doh !!
