Full disclosure: I did have an 8-track in my old Triumph TR250 back in 1973, 1974. I used to barrel around listening to 'The Joker' and Hendrix on it. Funnily enough, it was never stolen from a car that couldn't be locked. Wonder why? 🤔 Of course, it was replaced with a cassette player as soon as I could afford it.
