Coal Mine (for the Brits)
I wrote this saxophone piece years ago and now decided to put it to video. I was thinking that there were these coal miners who came up through the floor of a dance studio and saw the dancers dancing. So I went looking for videos/pictures to indicate coal miners. Guess what? A British band (who I can remember the name of at this moment) had the same idea. So I borrowed their footage and used a video of Ann Margaret. And the timing of my piece of music with their footage worked perfectly. Freaky things like this happen.
