Had learned about a sample from his track Down Here On The Ground not long ago via the Who Sampled Who website and a record I had listened to over several months sometime in the '90s was mentioned because of another record I was addicted slightly earlier to in the '90s Grant Green - Down Here On The Ground (Live At Cliche Lounge, Newark, NJ, 1970) The beginning of Vibes and Stuff - A Tribe Called Quest also includes at the track I mentioned above, from Kenny Burrell, called Kenny's Sound (and it appears just that one time) 😎

Kept trying to think of what that guitar riff reminds me of and it's the guitar solo in Elvis Presley's Heartbreak Hotel. Thinking about that riff, I think John Lennon was inspired by at least three times with Yer Blues, Cold Turkey and It's So Hard and Paul McCartney with Let Me Roll It.
