Through the years, I've learned the importance of sleep, and the benefit it offers to one's health. I envy those who nap. I've never been one who can easily take a nap, but I love my sleep when I can get it. So, hurray for Sleep Day I say, and sweet dreams to all today.
I know what you mean, Alan, regarding naps. Have only recently been able to successfully nap myself. Haven't been able to do that since my childhood when I'd spend quiet afternoons with my grandmother at her cottage, surrounded by creaking trees, squawking bluejays and chattering squirrels. After hunting for lizards and salamanders, somehow or other I could always get a nap in and quite easily!

And everyday, needless to say.
Okay, I'm away.
