Something I've come across recently, which seemed worth sharing - especially for folks of a certain age (like myself) who have spend a lot of time on a computer, reading, writing, etc. Typically western slouched postures which can result long-term in chronic aches and pains. The little-known "Egoscue" - simple yoga-like postures/stretches, but designed for such modern problems (eg workplace/computer posture, carpal tunnel, etc). Pretty straightforward (not a cult or a "grift"!) & certainly seems to work (or at least it did for me). The usual book, youtube videos, etc, depending on ailment.

I heard about it from Dave Asprey, the Bulletproof Coffee and "biohacking" chap. Thought I'd try it for a week, as I'd been experiencing chronic neck ache/pain for some time, and worried I'd have to take painkillers constantly. Well, it worked! Could be coincidence, but I doubt it (I'd already tried many different things). So, worth noting for future reference - it's specifically designed to relieve chronic musculoskeletal pain.
I'm happy it's gone above the 20 views threshold, before quickly sinking into oblivion, beneath the regulars.
