@Tourist and @merikan1 my first thought was either in the UK or continental Europe and then I thought Rancho Palos Verdes in Southern California because it looks so similar to a place I spent a lot of time, even the light seemed almost right.
Could well be. I think that this was shot in the same location. Does indeed look like Europe. Maybe France or Belgium. The surroundings are much more visible in this video

@Alec Don't know the location. (My first inclination, and I have no idea why, was that it might be the Presidio. Then I thought again. Back then, the Presidio was still a military base.) I couldn't find anything on the net. So your guess is as good as mine.

I missed that one. I saw him a few times back in the 70's. He was one of my very first real concerts (with Hot Tuna). RIP
