Sat there yesterday listening to Brian solo on piano performing “Surf’s Up’” from Smile. A pretty lengthy tear up !
A true musical genius, he'd been ill for a while. Still doesn't make this any easier to bear.
Brian Wilson & Sly Stone were a big part of my childhood onward
