@Alec It actually does look like two or threes different overlays now you mention it.
I think the photographer has exposed for the darker street/houses, which has blown out the sky and water, giving that effect.
Wouldn't like to roller-skate/skateboard down that hill though😲

It's a nice image...We have a cherry blossom tree on our front lawn and every spring it gives a wonderful display..beautiful colours.
Can get lost in that, all the stories thereof.
