Jon is much more than a moderator, thankfully. I do hope you enjoy the music. That's the main thing. I haven't received my copy yet, so cannot comment on the packaging. Cheers. 😉
Anybody can lay down their opinions on posts…you layed down your opinion, as have others, and I gave you my opinion, which is exactly what this forum is for.
Without people airing their opinions, these posts would be pretty empty.
I haven’t bought it yet, but I will!...Just a quick note on the packaging, format, and artwork—I have to agree with Jon on the points he made.. I believe digipaks have a classier, old-school charm, somewhat like having a mini gatefold double LP sleeve of yesteryear, they’re just more tactile and inviting. Bill’s album visuals, sleeves, and extras are always exquisite and generous, perfectly complementing the music. It’s a joy to lose yourself in the imagery while immersing in the sound. Another great example of this is 'Clocks & Dials', I was admiring its gorgeous tri-fold sleeve just last night. Wonderful stuff, and as always, the artwork feels tailor-made for the sonic wonders within.
havent cut the plastic wrap cord as yet on the cd MYSELF..!
your feedback consists of nothing new
with ALL Sonoluxes YOU have a fantastic outer and inner and a disc with the music to discover within...
Lets listen to the citizen's 2016 offering in 2024 ...we are simply inside of a wonderful Artiste's determination to bring Quality Musical Spiritual Et Al Muse To the universe.😉
I was a bit disappointed in it did not come in a jewel case and not much info inside the double folded sleeve, just images. so a bit of a let down in that respect
…it’s a luxury now to have a sleeve with minimum plastic…and what happens when the jewel case is dropped…chasing around for a perfect clear plastic jewel case is a pain…🤣🤷♂️🦉

Have you checked the slot that doesn't have the CD in it? 😉
There has been lots of requests that Bill releases his CDs in digi-sleeve format, even though jewel cases are simpler and cheaper to design and produce...
A 4-page booklet IS a piece of folded paper, how can you make 4 pages any other way?
As for the 'Lots of imagery for no apparent reason' - All of Bill's recent CDs have lots of imagery...should he leave those pages blank? What would you have instead of imagery?
As much as I want a lyric booklet to accompany the CDs that have songs with vocals on them, they’re too tiny and hard to read for many listeners.
Each to their own but one thing here i did learn was that moderators can lay down their opinions on posts ...lol..its ok though...

Mine also arrived today - can't wait! The samples sounded really good for this album.
