Without trying to sound too alarmist, if the docs havenât already asked you to come back for a follow-up scan, try to do so. Head injuries are not to be taken lightly & an additional scan is usually called for.
The one positive from this whole experience was that the ambulance actually arrived earlier than was estimated. That has to be a rare event nowadays. I hope you're on the mend now, Bill.
Sorry to hear about this. Best wishes for a complete recovery. Incidents such as this often require craniosacral therapy to treat jammed skull sutures. Very non-invasive (hands on the head, five grams of pressure to reset the syncronous craniosacral pulse). Ask your doctor if they know of a massage therapist who can do this. Blessings!!!!!
You did not read the harrowing experience within the health care "system"? I found it bureaucratic, ineffective and not capable of dealing with seemingly any type of trauma. And I am an enrolled Native American living within the Bureau of Indian Affairs / Indian Health Service world of underfunded neglect. I was shocked to hear Bill's story.
Watch any hospital shows from the USA and you will see beyond the melodrama actual facilities capable of handling medical situations. People can rag on our politics, but they cannot fault our health care.
I am trying to bring humor into the situation as a means of coping with this tragedy. I will even play along: humour.
Bill has hats. The emoji is a hard hat with a red cross on it.
Wow, Bill. I just read your journal entry. I happened to be lurking around when it popped up. That sounds like a horrible experience. I've had a couple of similar tumbles through the years, and it is a scary thing to have happen.
Take care of yourself, and recuperate. Let yourself relax. There's plenty of your music out there.
I'm really enjoying Electra, by the way. Stay safe.
Hope by now our Bill has returned to his normal mellowness, picked up his guitar and healing. Take care and peas.
Get Well Soon Mr. Nelson
Best wishes . Get well soon đ

Sorry to hear about your fall Bill. Time for some R & R. Sending some healing vibes your way.
Hi Bill, sorry to hear about your accident. I'm glad your wife was there to help you right away. Well wishes...speedy recovery...and brotherly love.
Now for something completely different..... Headbanging music from Bill Nelson! Wow! I would imagine a take on speed metal.
So, in British medicine there is no super glue, so they use duct tape instead. Are you living in a Brit-Com? On with the show. Wear a hat.

Damn shame that...Trying to do something nice and that's the 'reward'.
Sometimes life doesn't seem very fair at all.
However, I know you're a 'tough old boot' Bill, as we say in this neck of the woods, so I'm sure you will be fine once fully recovered.
Best wishes from us for a speedy recovery and please be aware/take care in the future.
Sorry to read about your horrible accident. I hope you feel better soon.
Oh and Electra is fabulous by the . Many thanks.
