"Fight" and "Flight" playlists

Years ago I thought it'd be a good idea for two contrasting compilation CDs of Bill's work from 80-92 to be released, entitled "Fight" and "Flight". Recently I put together two Youtube playlists to show what they might be like, although I've been a bit restricted by what's available on that platform.* Anyway, you can see/hear them at

For your info... Bill gets zero payments for the tunes of his that you (or anybody else) puts on YouTube. It is also illegal for you (or anybody else) to upload an audio track without permission or license from the copyright holder.

Thanks Jon. I thought the situation was more complex than that. For instance, over the years I've put a few tracks on YT by other artists, and almost always the rights are immediately taken by the copyright holder, who allows the song to remain on the site but has all rights to its "monetisation" as the jargon has it. I can only think of two occasions when the copyright holder has objected.

What I do however notice about many of the BN songs on YT is that he (or the record label or publisher) has not claimed rights to the song. This may or may not be a good thing. It may be the reason that I don't seem to see many adverts when I'm listening to his songs on YT. And it's great to have a convenient way of hearing tracks that I've only got on vinyl, and of finding out what newer music I've been missing. All the same, Bill may be missing a trick by not enlisting someone's help to assert his rights over these songs.
