Now here's a thing apparently Charlie planned to play fretless bass on Drastic Plastic but was delivered a standard fretted bass, they got hold of a fretless neck but couldn't make it fit in France (Juan-le-Pins).
What would DP have sounded like with Charlie's fretless bass! Magnificent I should imagine, the mind boggles.
