Does anyone know where I can get a good copy of the art work for each of the 3 packages containing the 16 discs inside the Super Deluxe version? The packaging is too big for my scanner!
It would be nice to have a different cover for each of the 3 sets of discs displayed by Kinsky / Kazoo when playing the music. At the moment I am using the image on the external box for all the discs.
What’s wrong with simply taking a digital pic of the covers you need? At the reduced 72 dpi required for display, I doubt you will be able to tell the difference from a full-Rez scan.
You could try local library ,or council archives , they have A3 scanners .
Yes the postcards have the stills, but they don't match the inner sleeves by the lack of the narrative. I could use the postcards though; better than nothing!
They are stills from the film "Metropolis", so it shouldn't be difficult to find copies of them - albeit illegal copies - on the internet.
But if you've never seen the film, then get yourself a copy, and take screengrabs at the appropriate moments!
Alternatively, get yourself some software which can stitch two pictures together, scan the images in two parts, and then put them together.
10 minutes later: Hang on, these stills are on the postcards included in the boxset. So do you mean the tracklistings?
