Surely this wasn't official BBD branding? It's retro enough but doesn't seem to have any Bill Nelson flair to it at all..

This amplifier has nothing to do with Be Bop Deluxe whatsoever. I don't know whether the company appropriated the name to sell the amp or if the name has simply been added to the image in photoshop by some prankster. But absolutely nothing to do with me at all. I do, though, seem to recall that a post similar to this came up on the forum before...
I must add, I don't know anything re any connections with Bill, or the use of the Be Bop Deluxe name, including any permissions or business/legal situations, etc.
But, IMHO, I think this 40W combo is really cool looking.
Strange one this...memory banks seem to have a very distant flicker re these Samick amps...but I'm probably just tricking myself.
Very little information online, however it does seem they did manufacture a 40W Tweed combo, the LA40RV.
A solid-state guitar amp (1x12" speaker, unknown), manufactured (unknown quantities) between 1999-2001.
