It's a nice idea, but boy, that would take a lot of work and organizing, let's say to do a 4CD album box-set, from Bill's initial recordings, mastering, artwork, packaging, printing, pressing etc to finished product..not to mention the expenses involved.
I think there's always a connective thread, musically, with high-end recording artists like Bill Nelson, running throughout the decades...However, there probably wouldn't be a connective 'theme' spanning 4 or 5 different albums, recorded at differents points in time, so not sure how that would sit with Bill, regarding the possibility that they might not feel as if they belong together, as a set. I think that would be tricky.
However, that's pure supposition from me and the very nature of an eclectic/mixed bag of recordings/albums, would undoubtedly have it's own appeal, for some.
