A psychedelic overture. My salad days, when I was green in judgment. Tripping the light fandango. With Milton by my side, the blind poet who pointed the way.

Thanks! I wish I had a huskier voice. Could imagine Jim Morrison singing it with his full body voice. I wanted a Syd Barrett visual and Morrison singing with the usual tinge of Arabic music in the background for the hashish/religious effect. Those were the times for cultural and chemical experimentation though now it is almost an established cliché. Even movies back then like Duffy have this middle eastern fascination and vibe. And bands like Led Zeppelin have really capitalized on it.
One weird thing happens at 4:18 in the video. The American nickel becomes the face of Jimi Hendrix. I didn't plan that. Maybe I should stop smoking the Moroccan hash.
Excellent! My fave year is 1967 and I noticed the cover of one of my fave albums in there - Disraeli Gears. Your choice of images and the music successfully portray that golden period in music. I was transported back to those heady days of my youth.
