Back of Beyond and Alone in a Lunar Light - two of my favourite instrumentals from this otherworldly album. The equally spacey vocal numbers on the album have the same surreal hazy quality.

Beck's last album, Hyperspace, had a spacey aspect I loved, but more of a pop sound. I find myself wanting to send folks like Beck a copy of Bill's album, with a note saying: "This is how it's done somewhere in Yorkshire, by the master of the genre"!
