Reviews:

Q Magazine, August 1996, p. 124:  3 Stars - Good - "...The cucumber-cool slabs of wraparound ambient wallpaper are still in evidence, but outnumbered by actual songs and tilts at a spinning dancefloor....the album's spiralling energy levels...accelerate towards a symmetrical conclusion."

Option Magazine, July-August 1996, p. 121:  "...a more cohesive collection of ideas than 1995's Practically Wired. The rhythms are smoother and less frenetic, thanks in part to Nelson's interest in the U.K. techno scene. A number of vocal tracks (his first since 1992) showcase some of Nelson's best writing in years..."
