This concert was first broadcast in April 1977 on UK TV as part of the Star Rider concert programmes. The whereabouts of the original film is not known though some copies do survive on VHS but are of poor quality.
The closing credits list Crispin Lowe as Producer and Lindsey Clennell as Director. Crispin Lowe has been contacted but has no information about the film's location today. If you intend to carry out your own research, Crispin has asked not to be contacted as he has nothing else to offer.

Lindsey Clennell has had a very interesting rock/pop video career. His credits include 'Pictures At An Exhibition' - Emerson Lake & Palmer Live, filmed in 1972. He then went on to make five videos for The Stranglers including, 1977 No More Heroes and 1982 Golden Brown. In 1983 he made the Big Country video, In A Big Country. He now seems to have disappeared and so far can not be traced.
The mystery of where the film has ended up continues. We'll keep you updated when we find out more.
Bill's management, Opium Arts, have asked EMI to check their archives for a copy.

Bill has his own personal VHS copy which we are trying to restore. It's in bad condition with a lot of picture and sound dropout. We hope to show clips from the concert at the coming Nelsonica 06 fan convention.
