Just listened to Star Gazing Bill and Console from my Noise Candy box set.Havent listened to this little collection for ages and boy what a treat it was! Anyone who has not got this box set must get it whatever,i love it,but with so many to listen to ie other albums it takes a long time to listen to them all again!!
Anyway keep up the good work Bill and cannot wait for the new albums :D :D

The weird thing about 'Noise Candy' is that it was a collection of material that I had previously considered left overs or 'odd tracks out' from various earlier projects. In fact, I'd almost forgotten about these recordings until it came time to change my studio over from analogue to digital. It was then that I decided to catalogue these stray tracks and, whilst doing so, realised that I had a six cd box set in the making.

It's a complex and multi-faceted collection but it illuminates a particulary productive, if somewhat obscure, period of my career. Even though I had once, impulsively, almost abandoned the material, I now have to admit that 'Noise Candy' is a musical treasure trove and I'm proud and pleased that it will be re-issued as part of the Esoteric Recordings schedule.

That's quite incredible really, to think that you had almost discarded a large body of music which has become a much cherished and/or sought after collection. Another indication of the extremely high standards you do your utmost to achieve.......with no small amount of success in my opinion :)

Personally, I have not been fortunate enough to hear Noise Candy as yet, but I have read enough about it to know that it is very special indeed 8)

This is one of the re-issues I can't wait to get hold of 8)

Noise Candy is definitely a collection that would be great to have re-released in some form. It has so much material enclosed that even an extracted "best of" would be great for all those unfortunate enough not to have heard it.

It's full to the brim with noise.... and candy!

I've toyed with the idea of a 'Noise Candy' redux for a few years now. Title? 'Selection Box.'
