Cat's back.

My brother was born the same month of the same year as Bill and I attended his funeral today so I wanted that Bill Nelson sun today, for strength, wanted that waxing power from the sun "the one and only one," that Yang today. Needed it. I figured if I made Bill's sun my avatar today, I'd remember it during my waning moon moments, Yin moments.

Today ended with piper in full Scottish regalia creating multi-coloured clouds of sound with that octopus-looking thing.

At the end of the magically droning and squawking 'Amazing Grace', piper saluted me. Why me? Did I imagine it?

Was thinking a few minutes ago that one of the reasons I've always loved the sound of bagpipes, whether Scottish, Italian, Himalayan, etc., are the "wrong" notes and the wheezy deflation drone sags. The wrong notes I've come to realise are actually "surprise" notes. :) Like life. Like death. :)

8) That is a great looking cat.

Sounds like it was a good send off for your brother.

My heart goes out to you and the fam at this time.

So sorry Alec, for your loss. You make such a fine description of the funeral.

You know, bagpipe music can be a true "feel good" music. If you havent, I recommend lstening to bagpiper fropm Galicia (Spain) Carlos Nuñes. The best album is called Mayo Longo. I found out not so long ago that Northern Spain has strong Celtic heritage. This album is guaranteed to turn your day around :)
