We'll I've gone beyond the pale with this - a piece of trance / dance music produced for a friend who asked me to do it (honest) :-))

That said, it has some nice reverse looped guitars with a feedback loop courtesy of my Electro Harmonix Memory Man and some other gizmo's.

The track was named by my friend 'Love like a woman, fight like a man' - I don't really understand why ...

As an unabashed fan of the Lord's of Acid, I think you hit the groove really well. The guitar doesn't disappoint. Nice work, Peter. Now just add some sultry vixen chanting dirty things into our ears and you have a hit!

Great groove - that kick really smacks and the percussion bits are fantastic. How'd you do those great snare rolls? I really liked where it went after the breakdown and overall, even tho I usually don't listen to this type of stuff (even tho I was a disco goer back in the day...) I enjoyed this. And, I agree with everyone about the sultry vixen!

Oh, did I mention that the production & mixing were spot on?

Well, the secret of the snare roll is rather shameful. I tapped them in snare after snare until it was right. Took me ages as I am not a drummer ! :-))

Nice work, Peter. A new genre of music for you - I've never heard you compose in this style before.

Keep up the good work!

Tom
