good thinking mm... that would be a great way for those around the world to "pay per view" as they say; and partake. as tough as the worldwide economies are, perhaps that could be an option. as long as it would benefit the artist/s of course!... :shock:

Finally decided so accommodation booked, not at the Park though. But we will be spending a long weekend in and around York. Looking forward to it.

Yes I looked into the possibility of a webcast for the 2010 Nelsonica. The hotel venue just does not have the internet bandwidth to make this possible. They only have one connection shared between all of the hotel guests. It's not possible to guarantee any sort of consistent bandwidth and so we would be in danger of 'not' broadcasting and nobody would be happy with that situation having paid their money.

The only other possibility is to contract a pro outside broadcast company who usually have a truck with a satellite connection to the net. The cost of that is way beyond our small budget and potential viewership revenue.

So, it's a live show !
