I keep telling people I don't want anything for Christmas... It's true now! Superb Bill, thanks for this. I was gutted that I couldn't get to the DVD filming in London nor the Leeds gig. This has certainly made up for that.

I can't figure out how to put the cover art into iTunes though..... anyone know how to? (easy method for complete imbeciles!)

You can usually add it easily by selecting the file and then Edit > Get Info, but the 'Artwork' tab is greyed out for these tracks. It may be related to the file format, I'll let you know if I find anything out.
