Nothing of the sort! I genuinely enjoyed it and thought it was a well put-together piece with a lovely light touch.

Funnily, I got told off earlier today for being too self-doubting. The first estate agent who came to value our house said to me...."I think we'll show viewers round, you're far too negative". Ouch! that hurt, but I think he was right.

It's hot and sticky and I've just come back from my kids Sports Day But I've had a crack at it if, for nothing else, to make up the numbers!

Too short for such a beautiful piece but the little hands of granite have done what they could.

Sid,

This works well - a really good re-working of Jon's original piece.

I'll confess that I tried to have a go at this track myself last night (not until 02:00, mind!). Sid, what you've done here, is pretty much in the vein of what I was attempting, although I failed miserably :o - or at least got fed up and binned the lot!

Petulant, moi? 8)

Anyway, you've got it just right here, methinks.

Excellent work Sid!

John

Cheers John,

It really is a bit short to get into and I only wish I could play better :(

But I love "mucking around" doing this kind of thing.

Thanks again for the comments, I have a couple of new things I'd like to on soon.

Excellent stuff!! :D

I've combined everybody's efforts so far and added some eBow of my own. Wanted to use more of Mick's voices but had 'a bit of trouble' as he had slowed the piece down. Sid and Sheds guitars went together really well. Hope you all approve

Approve? It's fantastic! 8)

The final section reminded me of the best of recent Bowie (or his band, to be more accurate).

Really good work!

Superb Kev, the best one of all. That'll be first on my Nelsonic SoundClickers CD when I eventually get round to compiling one. Excellente, several million sheds out of ten.
