Neglect. I wonder how this would have played out if these people’s mothers neglected them? Obviously a lot better for the birds. I just don’t get people sometimes. No one makes someone acquire animals. So why do they bother in the first place? Same thing when these type have children. Maybe these things need to be regulated as well? Perhaps having to take a test beforehand? At least take some responsibility. The excuses are really starting to run thin.
