No, am not that bothered about getting my kit off - hospital visits soon put paid to any embarrassment, especially when the consultant had students with him. Just not interested in living in the buff, I'd be freezing! Cooking would be hazardous too .....
I have a funny story about that , from sitting in a tub of water with dandruff shampoo in it. I got a horrible breakout rash of itchy bumpy sores all over my front and back personal area and was the subject
of a few observations by interested parties. I didn't care ; I just wanted some flipping cream and a cortizone shot to help the horrible itching . Somehow it developed into a dark ring around my bung and that got some curious looks

. I know they didn't believe me but it was God's own truth that I hadn't been putting things up there, or letting anyone else put theirs. Utter, abject embarassment and humiliation ran their course and I just stopped caring what anyone thought .
The other funny part about that was when one bump turned into an ulceration and I had it excided right off mid-left cheek . I had to keep the wound dry so I wore a jock strap (cheekless athletic supporter) and a weightlifting belt that had a small battery-powered fan duct taped to it , so I could walk around the workshop and still do whatever I could, standing up . Jock strap, tennis shoes, and no pants , that is .
I really didn't give a crap what anyone thought by then
