I hope this is appropriate for this section.

There is a copy of My Secret Studio, Vol. 1 available on eBay (US). There was another copy that sold for 31 USD (19 GBP) just yesterday. This seems to me to be a fairly reasonable price for an out-of-print 4 CD set.

If I'm not mistaken, it's going to be re-issued sometime in the near future. I'd rather get the new set and hope that Bill will see some profit from it, instead of giving it to the ebay vultures that will pick your wallet and bones clean. They just got $100.00 for Romance of Sustain.!

I see your point...but I don't see 31 USD as picking your bones clean.

Not like the person who is selling a copy of 'Fancy Planets' on Amazon for 97 USD. No, not kidding, wish I were. I seem to recall buying that from SOS for just about 20 USD a few months ago.

That's just plain old cynical exploitation......especially considering that you can still buy the album new from Bill's official distributor Sound On Sound for a fraction of the cost :roll:

In actual fact about two weeks ago FANCY PLANETS was on Amazon US for USD 200 :shock: No duobt there were no takers and hope nobody takes :?

The positive fallout from this discussion is that I've been reminded how much I like "Fancy Planets" -- I've listened to it twice this week, and it's becoming one of my favorites.

Actually Fancy Planets one of the few BN CD's I don't have but still available at good old SOS.
